Here at Whistling Arrow, we have just successfully completed our fourth expedition in western Mongolia, where, on this occasion, our team trekked for 7 days through a mostly unexplored corner of Altai Tavan Bogd. These days, it is increasingly difficult to venture into truly wild and unspoilt places, devoid of any other groups, but with imagination, google earth, expert planning and strong local connections - it is still possible. Indeed, designing and leading such unique (and often pioneering) trips is very much part of our DNA.

" Naomi and I have been on many treks in recent years, - however the expedition that we embarked on with Adrian and Whistling Arrow in western Mongolia surpassed them all.
